How do I find tickets in my Humanitix account?

Your tickets are emailed to the email address of the buyer at the completion of the purchase. The subject of the email is Order confirmation for Order confirmation for 2025 Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show, Presented by Scotts and will be sent from [e-mail].

If you cannot locate your confirmation in your inbox, you can resend them to yourself here. Choose Can't find my ticket/invoice and fill out the form. If the email address entered matches a valid order, you will automatically be resent your order.
